Sales and Operational Considerations for Inkjet Adoption
Updated: Jun 6, 2019
I had the privilege of discussing the challenges and opportunities with implementing production inkjet technology. I shared the microphone with my colleague Mark Fallon, of The Berkshire Company, an industry expert on print mail operations and postal optimization.
Adding inkjet technology can transform a company from an operational and sales perspective. Best practices include evaluating the entire workflow and cost model to identify opportunities for improvement and change to create efficiency at every stage of production. Most companies spend some effort evaluating cost from a TCO analysis. Defining a sales and marketing strategy along with an operational strategy, is a best practice that enables print service providers to be successful with inkjet adoption.
